Why Hypno-coaching?

Then Hypno-coaching is for you!

What is Hypno-coaching?

Hypno-coaching is a blend of hypnotic and neuro-linguistic tools and personal coaching skills utilising both conscious and subconscious processes.

Often our old beliefs (which may have served us in the past) cause us blockages and can get in the way when we want to make changes in our lives even to the point of causing us to self-sabotage our own plans and dreams. Our own NATs (Negative Automatic Thoughts) play out all day and every day and become so much a part of our identity that we stop hearing them and stop being aware of the “control” they have over our lives, our thoughts and our beliefs. Through Hypno-coaching we create new automatic thoughts – POSITIVE automatic thoughts that the unconscious starts to hear and that become our new belief system.

Hypno-coaching is about working in partnership with a coach, someone who does not have their own agenda but who is as committed to your goal as you are. A coach is not someone who has the answers or who will tell you what to do, but someone who is skilled at encouraging you to explore your own “this is just the way I am” thinking and to be interested in your way of working within your world. By doing this you are able to make a clearing in your life for new opportunities and you will find that in areas where you were “stuck” you are now creative and are approaching challenges (not problems) with vigour, enthusiasm and new possibility.

Hypno-coaching can be done face to face or over the telephone. It can be used to support an immediate change you would like to make or can be used over a long period of time to help you to take on your own development.
